Painting challenge for March 13 meeting: Collage "For the Soul". Create an 8x10 painting by using torn or cut-up pieces of old water color paintings. using matte gel medium as a glue, re-assemble pieces onto a new background. Take this opportunity to use liquid acrylics, inks, or gouache. Texture is important, use rice paper, plastic wrap, or salt. All images used in your collage must be your art work. No printed material from magazines or newspaper are allowed. From the March Challenge the exhibit chair will choose a collage to be used on the post cards for july's Artown Exhibit, "For teh Soul" to be held at Renown South Medows.
